Our services

We change your oil at your location in Greater Orlando. Two packages are available: Premium (Mobil 1 Full Synthetic) and Essential (Super Tech Full Synthetic). Each includes up to 5 quarts of oil, an STP Extended Life filter, a tire pressure check, a windshield washer fluid check and a coolant level check.

We also offer other services, such as air filter, cabin filter, brake pad and battery replacement, by quote.

Booking and scheduling

You can book by WhatsApp, text message or phone call. A booking is confirmed when we confirm your address and a time window with you.

We aim to arrive within the window we gave you. Traffic, weather or a previous job can cause delays, and we will keep you informed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as soon as possible by message or phone.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are starting prices in US dollars. They include the oil, the filter, labor and the CARFAX report.

If your vehicle needs more than 5 quarts, a special oil or filter, or any extra service, we will tell you the price before we start the work.

We accept card, Zelle, Cash App and cash.

What we need from you

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request the service, and that the vehicle details you give us are accurate.

Please make sure we can reach the vehicle: a safe, reasonably level spot, plus the gate code or a meeting point if the place is gated. Tell us about known problems, such as leaks, warning lights or recent repairs.

If we cannot work safely, we may reschedule or decline the service.

CARFAX reporting

After each service, we send the vehicle's VIN, the service date and the mileage to CARFAX. By booking, you agree to this. When and how the record appears on the report is controlled by CARFAX.

Our work

We use the products described for each package and do the work with care. If you have a concern about a service, contact us promptly so we can look into it and work with you to resolve it.

Manufacturer warranties on products and parts apply as stated by the manufacturer.

Limits of liability

An oil change is routine maintenance. We cannot guarantee against leaks, wear or mechanical failures that existed before our visit or that are not caused by our work.

To the extent allowed by Florida law, Oildrop Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Using this website

The website is provided for information and to contact us. Please do not misuse it or try to disrupt it. We try to keep the information accurate, but prices, service details and availability can change.

The logo, photos and text on this site belong to Oildrop Express or its licensors. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Messages and your data

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and texts and calls go through your phone carrier, so carrier rates may apply. We use your messages only to reply, schedule and perform the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
